With experience in a wide variety of industries – Fortune 500 companies, hospitality, consumer insights, brand management, advertising agencies, and more – and came to the conclusion that people deserved the best service they could possibly get. By showing consumers what truly great service is and helping them understand how to obtain it, they believed they would be providing a premium service, in and of itself, to consumers. They also believed that when companies and professionals want to be considered the best of the best, their claims need to be properly vetted; they need to show that they will offer the exceptional service they claim to offer.

Our experience within business

Servata was founded in 2018 as a charter company that provides business-class online hosting and application design for 5 star plus service professionals. With 90 years of combined experience in a variety of service industries (including advertising, hospitality, and more) we were well aware that businesses are staffed by individuals, and that some individuals shine above all the others. Our goal at Servatta is to highlight those individuals who are offering exceptional service, whether that be at a business with a great reputation, or one that you might otherwise pass by.
